How to use
To unwind use our natural pillow spray for sleep, light a Bedtime Hero Scented Candle and allow the fragrance to fill the room.

  • Lie back and breathe in the fragrance through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
  • Enjoy a deep night's sleep and look forward to a fresh tomorrow
