Pickup Procedure: 

Please note during this time that orders made Monday - Friday will be processed within 48 hours however orders made on Saturday & Sunday may take longer. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our team. On receipt of this email, please call the hotel on 053 94 85120 to confirm your estimated time of arrival at the hotel and quote your name and order number which can be found on the top right hand side of your confirmation email. 

Arriving at the Hotel: 

If you are driving to the hotel, please park your car in our set-down area in front of the hotel and call 053 94 85120 to alert our team of your arrival. A member of our team will come out to your car with your order. Please have your confirmation email ready to present to our team to confirm your order is correct. 

If you are arriving to the hotel on foot, please call our hotel once you are outside and a member of our team will meet you with your order. Please have your confirmation email ready to present to our team to confirm your order is correct. 

Delivery: 

Delivery of your items will be provided by An Post. Please note during this time that orders made Monday - Friday may take up to 3-5 days to deliver however orders made on Saturday & Sunday may take longer.
